Single-sided butyl tapes comprise a layer of butyl which may be applied to a backing (polyethylene, aluminium foil, non-woven cloth, etc.) and a butyl rubber adhesive.
Single-sided butyl tapes are mainly used to insulate pipes in construction applications, for impermeable sealing in the heating/air conditioning sectors, bonding and assembly of synthetic grass surfaces, etc.
