Die Dekarbonisierung geht alle an, und wir brauchen alle, um sie zu erreichen! ADDEV Materials m\u00f6chte seine Mitarbeiter so weit wie m\u00f6glich mobilisieren, damit sie sich an der Dekarbonisierung des Unternehmens beteiligen. Die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung hat daher beschlossen, einen CSR-Incentive-Zuschlag einzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Aber wie funktioniert das?<\/h2>\n<p>Die betroffenen Mitarbeiter sind diejenigen, die an einen Standort gebunden sind, der bereits eine Gewinnbeteiligungsvereinbarung hat. Wenn dies der Fall ist, k\u00f6nnen die Mitarbeiter an diesem Standort von einer zus\u00e4tzlichen CSR-Incentive-Vereinbarung profitieren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Wie kommt man dorthin?<\/h2>\n<p>ADDEV Materials z\u00e4hlt darauf, dass seine Mitarbeiter im Arbeitsalltag \u00d6ko-Gesten durchf\u00fchren, wie z. B. abends und am Wochenende den Computer ausschalten und das Ladeger\u00e4t vom Stromnetz trennen, E-Mails sortieren und l\u00f6schen, die Temperatur der Heizung und die Nutzung der Klimaanlage begrenzen, das Licht ausschalten etc. Parallel dazu wurden von der Gruppe zahlreiche Ma\u00dfnahmen initiiert, wie z. B.
