We are looking for a Account Manager F/H for our business Power & Mobility, based at our Saint-Chamond (42) site.
Your tasks:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in the development and retention of a portfolio of strategic accounts, with a European scope. Your main mission is to ensure sustainable sales growth while guaranteeing the satisfaction of the company's major customers.
Business development & portfolio management
- Develop a customer portfolio and build loyalty through prospecting and follow-up in the field.
- Increase sales to existing customers by proposing appropriate solutions.
- Follow up all sales actions (follow-ups, visits, internal coordination).
Managing commercial activity
- Monitor and analyse sales performance (KPIs, variances, reporting).
- Implementing action plans to achieve budget targets.
- Conducting commercial negotiations on a perimeter that may be European.
Market & innovation intelligence
- Monitor technological developments at customers' sites and identify new opportunities.
- Keep an active watch on market innovations.
- Working with our R&D team to enhance our offering and anticipate future needs.
Your profile:
- 5 years' higher education (Business School or Commercial Masters) and proven experience in a similar position.
- Excellent skills in sales techniques, negotiation and key account management.
- Good interpersonal skills, good organisational skills and a high degree of autonomy.
- Control of CRM, office automation tools and experience in project management / leadership.
- Professional English indispensable.
This role involves weekly travel, mainly in France and occasionally in Europe, up to 5 days a week.
