Work-study Business Developer M/F

We are opening a Work-Study Business Developer (M/F) on our ADDEV Technical Converting site in Pouilly-sous-Charlieu (42 - close to Roanne), for a position of Starting in September 2026 and a duration of 12 to 24 months according to training.

Your tasks:

Working as part of our sales team and reporting to the Site Manager, you will learn about our solutions for converting flexible materials such as non-wovens and technical films, intended for the health, hygiene, well-being, landscaping and construction markets.

This work-study programme will allow you to discover and deepen your knowledge of:

• Business development : customer follow-up and prospecting in French and English, lead qualification, analysis of results.
• Support for new projects: analysing needs, preparing bids, monitoring business through to product launch.
• The link between sales, marketing and customer relations: campaign relaunch, participation in the marketing plan (with our head office teams), occasional support for customer services.

Your profile

• You are a student Master's degree, in Commercial/Marketing Training Master's degree, business school or equivalent and are looking for an apprenticeship contract 12 months Master's degree or 24 months Master's degree level.
• You are recognised for your ability analysis, your organisation and your fooffer of proposal.
• You like teamwork, analyser des données stratégiques and are comfortable using’digital tools.
• You are curious, persevering and have a taste for a challenge

Your Interpersonal skills and yours Motivation will also be real assets in achieving your goals during this apprenticeship.

Professional English is a prerequisite To carry out your mission successfully.
