Quality of life at work

Developing quality of life, safety and well-being at work is a real programme within the Group. QWL standards have been rolled out at all our sites to guarantee optimal working conditions for everyone, combining comfort, ergonomics and safety.

Particular attention is paid to improving workstations, the ergonomics of equipment and the prevention of occupational hazards, notably through the introduction of safety standards adapted to industrial environments and the systematic wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Over and above these material aspects, we also take care to foster a climate of conviviality and cohesion, thanks to moments of exchange and collective initiatives throughout the year, reinforcing everyone's sense of belonging and commitment.
