Multi-skilled production operator F/H

Our ambition: to combine industrial performance, innovation and environmental responsibility. We are recruiting a Production operator F/H at our Saint-Chamond, reporting to the site Production Manager.

Your tasks:

As part of our industrial activity, we are looking for a production operator to join our team, which comprises three divisions: slitting, format cutting and press cutting.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Independent operation of a machine to manufacture parts
• Precise adjustment of production parameters
• Raw materials supply
• Monitoring production schedules
• Monitoring the correct operation of equipment
• Quality control of parts produced (appearance and dimensions)
• Analysis and correction of malfunctions
• First-level maintenance and keeping the workstation clean
• Developing versatility in different positions

This position requires rigour, autonomy and organisational skills.

Skills

With initial experience in industry in a production position, ideally on cutting machines, you are looking for a versatile and operational position in industry to develop your skills.

You are comfortable using IT tools to read and enter information. You communicate easily with others and are looking for a site on a human scale.

You know how to read a technical drawing and the dimensions of a part.

Conditions:

• Permanent contract, 35 hours per week
• Hours: 7 a.m. to 3.10 p.m., Friday afternoon OFF
• Salary: fixed salary + monthly attendance bonus (€100/month)
