Production workshop operator F/H

Join ADDEV Materials, a fast-growing international industrial group specialising in the custom transformation of technical materials for the aerospace, mobility, energy and healthcare sectors.

Our ambition: to combine industrial performance, innovation and environmental responsibility. We are recruiting a Operator production F/H at our Wittelsheim, in Fixed-term contract for 3 to 6 months, renewable with the possibility of a permanent contract.

As part of a production team of 15 people divided into 3 islands, your role will be to independently carry out manufacturing operations, both on machines and manually, in compliance with the process and manufacturing orders.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will missions will be as follows:

Production

• Take part in the daily briefing and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing your ideas and any difficulties you encounter.
• Making the necessary adjustments to the machines (positioning of materials, tension, speed, etc.) to guarantee production quality.
• Conducting and monitoring manufacturing operations in accordance with production documents.
• Packaging and labelling finished products.
• Keep your workstation clean and tidy, and carry out first-level maintenance operations.
• Report any anomaly requiring technical intervention.

Security

• Comply strictly with safety instructions and wear the mandatory PPE.

Quality

• Carry out regular quality checks using measuring tools (calliper, micrometer, profile projector, etc.).
• Record production and inspection data on production orders.
• Guaranteeing the traceability of raw materials, from initial inspection to consumption monitoring.
• Identify and isolate any non-conformities detected.
