Customer Service Manager - ADV F/H

We are recruiting a Customer Service/ADV Manager (F/H) at our Portet-sur-Garonne site, near Toulouse (31).

Your tasks:

In a demanding aeronautical sector, subject to constraints of safety, traceability, compliance and deadlines, and as part of the growth of our activities in the distribution of aeronautical chemical products, we are looking for a Customer Service/ADV Manager F/H, customer-focused.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a team of 8 people, with the support of an assistant in charge of training new arrivals.

Your tasks will include

• Managing sales performance KPIs: defining and monitoring KPIs, ensuring regular reporting to General Management and the sales/operations teams.
• Process optimisation Formalising, improving and enforcing procedures to guarantee a premium service rate.
• Analysing and anticipating workloads Track orders, delays, non-conformities and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Managing strategic projects These include reducing delivery times, automating low value-added tasks and digitising processes.
• Be the climbing point for major disputes and oversee their resolution.
• Taking part in multi-service meetings to secure flows and anticipate risks.

Your management role (a team of 8 people) includes steering individual and collective activity, recruitment, integration and disciplinary matters in collaboration with our HR department, as well as promoting continuous improvement and supporting change within the team.

Your profile

• Training in management, commerce and administration
• Proven experience in Sales / Supply Chain / Customer Service, with a strong operational sense
• Initial experience in team management
• Mastery of monitoring and reporting tools.
