Production Manager F/H

We are looking for a Production Manager F/H based at our ADDEV Materials Aerospace site in Portet-sur-Garonne (31).

Reporting to the Site Manager and a member of the COPIL, you will be responsible for organising and managing production in line with quality standards and deadlines. In line with Group and Business strategy, you will ensure the overall performance of the business.

You will be responsible for a multi-disciplinary team: Methods, Industrialisation, Planning (1 person), Production (5 people). Our business: repackaging chemicals for our aerospace and defence customers.

Your duties will include :

Industrialisation and production resources

  • Deploying automation solutions to improve productivity, quality and safety.
  • Implementing the industrial strategy and supporting investment.

Methods and planning

  • Define and improve manufacturing methods.
  • Plan production and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and standards.

Continuous improvement and performance

  • Optimising workflows and making processes more reliable.
  • Managing maintenance and monitoring performance indicators.

Management

  • Rallying teams around objectives.
  • Developing skills and encouraging innovation.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in production management, general/chemical engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • You have proven experience in a similar position with line management in a demanding industrial / aeronautical environment (standards, audits, etc.); ;
  • You are comfortable using office automation tools and have a good command of lean management tools.

Your position as close as possible to the production teams implies a keen interest in day-to-day technical issues and in thinking about ways of improving them.
