Production modernisation and digitalisation internship F/H

We are opening a internship linked to the modernisation and global digitalisation of production at our ADDEV Materials Aerospace site in Portet-sur-Garonne (31 - close to Toulouse), for a position of start-up in the first quarter of 2026 and a duration of 6 months.

Your tasks:

Working as part of our Production team and reporting to the Head of this department, you will learn about our specific contract packaging business and the aeronautical context (standards, norms, national and international regulations, etc.). You will be involved in a large-scale project involving the updating, harmonisation and quality of data, as well as the optimisation of production monitoring.

This course will enable you to discover and contribute to :

• Production process mapping, to visualise all the stages and identify opportunities for improvement; ;
• Standardisation of processes to guarantee a uniform and reproducible method for all operations; ;
• Creating production monitoring documents, to ensure accurate monitoring of performance and activities; ;
• Setting up traceability in the ERP system by integrating production data and updated bills of materials for reliable, digitised monitoring.

Research project (dissertation)

Work can be focused on :

«How can an aeronautics company simplify its production monitoring standards to make them more digital and efficient?»

Expected deliverables

• Simplified mapping of production processes before/after optimisation.
• Standard production monitoring documents
• Updating nomenclatures
• Final report.

Your profile

• You are a student on a general engineering, production, industrial engineering or industrialisation course and are looking for a work placement for your 10th year.
• You are recognised for your analytical skills, your technical curiosity and your ability to make proposals.
• You enjoy working in a team, analysing strategic data and are comfortable using digital tools.

Knowledge of project management and initial experience of ERP and Excel (during work placements, sandwich courses or academic projects) are a plus.
