ERP X3 Project Manager

Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, you will work closely with ADDEV's business teams and use your Sage x3 ERP expertise as an internal consultant as part of a continuous improvement approach to our practices. You will lead ERP deployment processes, from drawing up specifications to "go-live after-sales service".

You will manage all Custom packaging and composites customer services, production, warehouse and distribution activity (customer services, customer & production stock management) and liaise closely with Supply chain, QHSE and sales team to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Your role involves technical expertise and industrial maintenance, projects and investments in machinery, continuous improvement through the deployment of Lean tools and the structuring of technical support for production teams.

Trainee Customer Service Assistant-ADV
