Territory: Quebec, Windows and doors and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Develop, plan and implement sales strategies for the territory
- Identify potential new customers and penetrate new markets
- Prepare a quarterly travel schedule
- Retaining existing customers
- Prepare and submit tenders using internal sales and ensure follow-up
- Achieve the sales targets set, in agreement with management
- Evaluate and adjust sales strategies as necessary
- Taking part in trade fairs
Job requirements:
- 5 years' experience in a manufacturing and regional development environment
- Available to travel regularly
- Interest in the technical aspects of products and transformation processes
- Have the skills needed to provide quality customer service and build lasting business relationships
- Ability to develop innovative, value-added solutions for customers
- Good communicator with good listening and management skills
- Autonomous, results-driven and determined
- Excellent time and priority management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingualism (MANDATORY)
- College or university degree or relevant experience
Asset :
- Knowledge of distribution
- Technical knowledge of the adhesives, elastomers and foams industry
- Knowledge of CRM programs such as Sage ACT!
