As part of various projects within ADDEV Materials on subjects relating to the management of our data, we are looking for a Data Analytics trainee (F/H).

This internship will give you the opportunity to learn and work on a number of different topics: Data management and optimisation, Production and improvement of dasboards, Data analysis and interpretation, Dissemination of Data culture and Project Management, etc.

With interesting technologies: snowflake, PowerBI, a multitude of ERP sources and business tools.

Specific tasks:

A fully-fledged project based on our CSR data (starting in semester 2 of 2023):

 Supporting the team in defining the technical specifications for the creation of a dashboard for our CSR actions.

 Identifying data sources

 Modelling the database

 Design the internal data collection application via our No-Code platform (Power Apps)

 Setting up the data model using our dataviz tool (Power BI)

 Create dashboards for end users

 User training

Involvement in the day-to-day work of the data team

 Optimisation of our existing Power BI data models (areas of work identified following a one-day audit with our external power bi consultant)

 Optimising our SQL views via our Snowflake dataplateform

 Optimising our queries with Power Query

 Automation of flows from our financial consolidation tool

Create new dashboards using Power BI Service in response to requests from our internal customers

 Setting up a dashboard for the supply chain team

 Implementation of a new KPI to optimise ABC classification at our storage sites

 Setting up dashboards for our external customers

Support our Power BI community in analysing and understanding their data

 Organise discussion workshops with users.

Profile:

With an interest in IT and digital professions in the broadest sense of the term, you are embarking on a course of study specialising in DATA (BAC +4/+5). You'll have a keen interest in technology, but also in the business world, and will be able to help teams use digital tools to facilitate decision-making and prepare effective, automated reports.

A first experience in DATA is desirable but your personal projects and your curiosity will above all make the difference.
