CSR Reporting Officer

To support the ADDEV Materials Group's ecological and energy transition, we are looking for our future CSR Reporting Officer (F/H) to manage ESG reporting projects linked to the energy transition.

  • Helping to draw up the Bilan Carbone report Data collection, calculation, analysis, reporting, action plan drafting, follow-up ;
  • Completing the Ecovadis annual assessment on the Group's CSR performance;
  • Responding to ESG reporting requests Shareholders, Global Compact, customers, suppliers, other stakeholders;
  • Co-constructing and ensuring the reliability of indicators in order to manage priority ESG issues Social, environmental, ethical and governance indicators, etc;
  • Equipping the reporting process Standardise and automate data collection, verification and consolidation processes, in collaboration with the finance and IT teams;
  • Bringing practices into line with environmental standards The tertiary sector decree, the BEGES decree, the green taxonomy, etc. ;
  • Structuring reporting in accordance with the requirements of the sustainability report (CSRD)
  • Participating in eco-design projects : working with R&D teams on Lifecycle Analysis projects;
  • Monitor the budget and ROI of projects under management These include: determining the ROI and other economic indicators needed to value the projects, calculating and monitoring the emissions avoided within ADDEV Materials, and highlighting the decarbonised benefits for our customers;
  • Identifying economic levers for the Transition contributions, financial aid from the State, etc.

As the role is cross-functional, you will work with the Marketing, R&D, Purchasing, Finance, IT, Human Resources and Operations teams.


You have a degree in Engineering, Business, IAE, level BAC+4/5 with a specialisation in energy transition/environment. You're keen to get involved in operational and strategic projects and to act as a link between cross-functional functions.

You are recognised for your analytical skills, your ability to summarise, your dynamism, your versatility and your attention to detail. You have good interpersonal skills and are able to adapt to your business contacts and grasp their challenges.

Skills required: Project management, English, full command of Excel, knowledge of Transition issues.
