We use a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to manage our customer relationships and track commercial interactions.

The data collected (name, email, exchange history) is used for the following purposes for commercial management purposes only.
We do not sell or share your data with unauthorised third parties.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

CRM data 3 years after the last commercial interaction.
Browsing data (Google Analytics, analytical cookies) 13 months maximum.
Technical cookies Session duration (deleted when the browser is closed).

After this period, your data is either deleted or anonymised for statistical purposes.

5. DATA SHARING AND HOSTING

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:
