Accounting Coordinator F/H

As part of the Accounting department for our Aerospace & Defense business, we are looking for a Coordinator Accountant F/H based at our ADDEV Materials Aerospace site in Portet-sur-Garonne (Toulouse).

Reporting to the French Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating local accounting activities, managing local accounting teams and carrying out day-to-day activities relating to suppliers and customers. You will be responsible for closing accounts and making various declarations to social and tax bodies.

Your duties will include :

• Accounts receivable: monitor payments, follow up customers, carry out lettering, check collections, manage receivables.
• Accounts payable: enter and settle invoices, analyse shortfalls.
• General accounting: Participating in closings, recording transactions and performing bank reconciliations.
• Team management: reporting to the local team (2 people), steering individual and collective activity.

Working in tandem with the French Accounting Manager, you will contribute to the professional development of employees (annual appraisals, target setting, training programmes, etc.).

Your profile

• You have a 2/3-year degree in Accounting; ;
• You will have proven experience in a similar position with hierarchical or functional team management; ;
• You are comfortable using office automation tools. Knowledge of Sage X3 software is a plus; ;
• You have good analytical skills and enjoy working independently.
