We are looking for a Sales Manager France and Export F/H at OPEN-ENDED CONTRACT based at our Saint-Chamond (42) site for our activity Power & Mobility.
Your tasks
Front Office - Customer relations
- Representing the company to customers, from order receipt to delivery.
- Update customer rates in the ERP.
- Create customer accounts and manage associated documents.
- Using CRM: updating files, activities, closing deals, updating prices.
Back Office - Administrative management and order tracking
- Reviewing orders (terms and conditions, quotations, lead times, etc.) and reporting any discrepancies for approval.
- Integrate orders into the ERP in accordance with the SOP.
- Confirm delivery deadlines and maintain daily contact with internal teams.
- Monitor and optimise the service rate.
- Adjust confirmation dates according to production contingencies and inform the customer if necessary.
- Daily monitoring of the backlog and late backlog.
- Analyse the causes of delays (tracking file, Top 15 KPIs).
- Adjust orders according to production and stock constraints.
- Investigate accounting blockages (outstanding amounts, proforma, etc.).
- Administrative management of customer complaints in collaboration with the Quality team and internal/external coordination...
Your profile:
- You have a 2/3-year degree in management/administration or business, or equivalent professional experience;
- You are comfortable using office automation tools (ERP, CRM, Office suite, etc.). Knowledge of Sage X3 software is a plus; ;
- You have good analytical skills and enjoy working independently
Fluency in professional English is mandatory for this position.
