We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager for our Healthcare & Wellness activities in Europe.
About the Role
Along with our UK and France manufacturing teams, you will have to visit our current clients and prospects across Europe (on site and at trade fairs) presenting our converting expertise: printing, precision die-cutting, and cleanroom manufacturing of engineered adhesive solutions for medical devices, pressure-sensitive labels and personal care applications.
In this role, you will drive sales of services and products to current and prospective customers in Central Europe. You will identify market opportunities and collaborate on marketing initiatives, contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Engage with prospects and existing customers to promote a diverse product range.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and manage offers.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service for effective account management.
- Oversee sales opportunities using CRM.
- Report insights after customer visits.
- Collaborate on annual sales action plans.
Marketing:
- Build a network of commercial relationships in the region.
- Analyse market trends and gather competitive intelligence.
- Identify new product applications and relay sales opportunities.
Internal and External Activities:
- Strengthen relationships with key suppliers.
- Participate in marketing activities, such as trade fairs.
- Share insights with the Product Marketing team.
Profile
- Strong business sense with an enterprising spirit.
- Proven experience in sales development, preferably in the Healthcare & Wellness sector.
- Bilingual in German and English; Dutch is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
This remote role involves business travel across Northern and Eastern Europe, up to 5 days a week.
