CRM Project Manager - Dynamics 365 F/H

We are opening a CRM Project Manager (F/H) - Dynamics 365 environment at our head office in Lyon 2^th.

Your tasks:

As part of our IT team and reporting to the Information Systems Director, you will be the key player in optimising our CRM, working on a daily basis with current and future users of the solution (in France and internationally) and the existing technical service provider.

Your duties will include :

• Realise parameterisation adaptations from core model with a concern for operational efficiency in collaboration with the business lines;
• Manage technical deployment of the solution in conjunction with the infrastructure teams, then the functional deployment with the World sales and marketing teams;
• Improving the user experience and increase the use of Dynamics 365, in particular by drawing up a set of specifications covering the needs common to all companies;
• Supporting the adoption of the solution training users in best practice and documenting business processes
• Changing marketing practices CRM: data quality and reliability, analysis of conversion rates from lead to closing

As an expert on the solution, you will be responsible for managing the technical service provider currently in place and helping to resolve user tickets.

Your profile

• You have a 4/5-year higher education qualification in IT management, marketing, project management or equivalent experience.
• You're familiar with Dynamics 365 configuration, in particular the Sales and Marketing/Customer Insights modules, and you've already carried out a number of similar projects for an ESN or end customer.
• Professional English is essential to the success of your assignments.

Your good interpersonal skills and your business curiosity will also be real assets in understanding our specificities and integrating them into your assignments.
