Commercial offer/quotation manager F/H

We are looking for a Commercial offer/quotation manager F/H based at our ADDEV Materials Aerospace site in Portet-sur-Garonne (31).

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a strategic role in producing quotations and coordinating responses to customers as our business grows.

Your duties will include :

Drawing up quotations and RFQ coordination

• Drawing up and structuring customer quotations in the aeronautical sector in conjunction with the sales teams.
• Analysing requests (RFQs) and identifying the best sources of supply.
• Participating in the coordination of responses to calls for tender and RFQs, creating items and price requests in the CRM.

Technical and commercial compliance

• Ensuring that bids comply with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Check the consistency of product data and logistics conditions.

Interface and coordination

• Working with internal teams and suppliers to obtain the information needed for the quotation.
• Participate in the quotation unit and report regularly to the Sales Director.

Your profile

• You have a commercial/technical sales background or equivalent professional experience
• You will have proven experience in a similar role, in an aeronautical and technical/chemical environment that demands compliance and deadlines. ;
• You are comfortable using CRM and ERP tools.
