We are opening a Digital Transformation & Supply Chain internship (M/H) on our Portet-sur-Garonne site (31 - close to Toulouse), for a position of start-up in February 2026 and a duration of 5 to 6 months.
Main tasks
ADDEV Materials Aerospace is currently modernising its supply chain tools and processes in order to improve data reliability, enhance coordination between sites and optimise stock management, particularly with regard to dormant stocks.
1. Participation in a digital transformation project
- Contribution to workshops involving various internal departments (IT, Purchasing, Sales, Stores, Finance, etc.).
- Analysis of the supply chain processes involved in the project.
- Updating and structuring item data:
- Manufacturers and manufacturer codes added,
- Identification and removal of duplicates,
- Preparation of structured files for integration into internal tools.
- Development of a data quality control protocol.
2. Optimising dormant stock management
- Analysis of rotations and identification of slow-moving products.
- Publication of the articles concerned on an external platform.
- Monitoring sales and preparing shipments.
- Assessment of the operational and financial impact of the approach.
3. Research project (dissertation)
Work can be focused on :
«How can an aerospace company digitise its supply chain while improving the reliability of its data and the performance of its flows?»
Expected deliverables
- Simplified mapping of supply chain processes before/after optimisation.
- Items file cleaned and documented.
- Data quality control plan.
- Dormant stock optimisation report (with results).
- Final report.
Your profile:
- Training in Supply Chain, International Trade or Logistics.
- Comfortable with digital tools; initial exposure to ERP is a plus, as is a good command of Excel and an awareness of data quality and structuring issues.
- Rigour, autonomy, an analytical mind and good interpersonal skills.
- Appreciation of cross-functional teamwork.
