As part of a replacement, we have an opening for a’Supply manager F/H on fixed-term contract for 6 months à From 2 February 2026, on our Portet sur Garonne (31 - close to Toulouse).

Your tasks:

Working in the procurement department and reporting to the Manager, you will be part of a team of 6 people who coordinate the physical flow of materials and products on a daily basis, so as to meet the demands of departments and customers without any disruption.

Your duties will include :

• Manage the supply of our distribution/production chain by our suppliers using Net Requirements Calculation (NRC).
• Monitor the service rate of our strategic suppliers and propose actions in the event of unsatisfactory results.
• Drawing up supply plans with our strategic suppliers in collaboration with the Purchasing department
• Entering orders into our ERP system: issuing/transmitting purchase orders.
• Monitor orders on a daily basis and take charge of supplier follow-ups where necessary.
• Ensuring that our suppliers meet their contractual commitments via logistics specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with negotiated terms and conditions - Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) - lead time - purchase price when placing orders.

You will also be responsible for safety stocks to avoid any shortages, and for proactively managing dormant and scrap str(ocks.

Your profile:

You have proven experience as a Purchaser in an industrial or technical environment.

You are autonomous, dynamic, responsive and able to think ahead. You have good interpersonal skills and a sense of service for both internal and external customers.

You have a good command of the Office Pack and the use of an ERP (knowledge of Sage X3 is a plus).
