ADDEV Materials's diversity and inclusion programme, called ADD'ALL, focuses on three target populations: women (ADD'PowHER), young people (ADD'YOUth) and people with disabilities (ADD'DisABLE).
The ADD'DisABLE programme aims to welcome, integrate and develop people with disabilities within our organisation and our eco-system. It focuses on 3 areas:
As part of its partnership with Kliff, a Randstad subsidiary dedicated to recruiting people with disabilities in France, ADDEV ADHIS Chassieu recently welcomed Caroline IENNA as a Customer Service Assistant. This is one of Kliff's first recruitments in the Lyon area.
On the other side of the Atlantic, the Morgan Hill site is working with Hope Services, an organisation that supports people with mental or developmental disabilities, by welcoming several people with disabilities into its teams.
Since 2017, ADDEV MICEL has been working with the adapted company ITHAC (Insertion Travail Handicap Accompagnement) on label folding and fitting assignments. ITHAC is a French adapted company based in the Saint-Etienne area, employing nearly 335 people, including 80% with disabilities.
The Bordon site is fully equipped to accommodate employees with disabilities, with access to the ground floor, dedicated toilets, parking spaces at the entrance to the building, and so on. Disability Confident" certification is currently in progress.
The ADD'DisABLE programme was launched at the end of 2022 during Disability Week. ADDEV Materials took advantage of the occasion to team up with Café Joyeux, by displaying some of their coffee products on site (coffee capsules) and inviting its employees to come and share a convivial moment with the teams at the café-restaurant in Lyon.
