Your main mission is to ensure sustainable sales growth while guaranteeing the satisfaction of the company's major customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Business development &amp; portfolio management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop a customer portfolio and build loyalty through prospecting and follow-up in the field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase sales to existing customers by proposing appropriate solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up all sales actions (follow-ups, visits, internal coordination).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Managing commercial activity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor and analyse sales performance (KPIs, variances, reporting).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing action plans to achieve budget targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting commercial negotiations on a perimeter that may be European.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Market &amp; innovation intelligence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor technological developments at customers' sites and identify new opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep an active watch on market innovations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with our R&amp;D team to enhance our offering and anticipate future needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 years' higher education (Business School or Commercial Masters) and\u00a0<strong>proven experience<\/strong>\u00a0in a similar position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent skills in\u00a0<strong>sales techniques<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>negotiation<\/strong>\u00a0and key account management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good interpersonal skills, good organisational skills and a high degree of autonomy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control of\u00a0<strong>CRM<\/strong>, office automation tools and experience in\u00a0<strong>project management \/ leadership<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional English<\/strong>\u00a0indispensable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This role involves weekly travel, mainly in France and occasionally in Europe, up to 5 days a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we propose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be part of a highly motivated team with real managerial support to help you grow within ADDEV; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A fixed salary and an annual bonus based on the achievement of your objectives; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A company savings plan ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luncheon vouchers ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A teleworking charter for a better work-life balance; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A company that cares about its social, societal and environmental impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who are we?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Created in 2006,&nbsp;<strong>ADDEV Materials<\/strong>&nbsp;is an international, heritage-based ETI, with 800 employees at 23 sites, including 15 industrial sites in Europe, North America and Asia, and sales of \u20ac240m.
