{"id":10582,"date":"2026-04-15T08:12:51","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T08:12:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/addevmaterials.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=10582"},"modified":"2026-04-15T08:12:53","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T08:12:53","slug":"supply-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/addevmaterials.com\/en\/recrutement\/approvisionneur-cdd\/","title":{"rendered":"Purchaser M\/F - 4-month fixed-term contract"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Join&nbsp;<strong>ADDEV Materials<\/strong>, a fast-growing international industrial group specialising in the custom transformation of technical materials for the aerospace, mobility, energy and healthcare sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our ambition is to combine industrial performance, innovation and environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the context of a&nbsp;<strong>temporary increase in activity,<\/strong>&nbsp;We are opening a position for\u2019<strong>Supply manager F\/H on fixed-term contract<\/strong>&nbsp;for&nbsp;<strong>4 months<\/strong>&nbsp;environment,&nbsp;<strong>As soon as possible<\/strong>, on our&nbsp;<strong>Portet sur Garonne<\/strong>&nbsp;(31 - close to Toulouse).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working in the procurement department and reporting to the Manager, you will be part of a team of 6 people who coordinate the physical flow of materials and products on a daily basis, so as to meet the demands of departments and customers without any disruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your duties will include :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the supply of our distribution\/production chain by our suppliers using Net Requirements Calculation (NRC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the service rate of our strategic suppliers and propose actions in the event of unsatisfactory results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drawing up supply plans with our strategic suppliers in collaboration with the Purchasing department<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entering orders into our ERP system: issuing\/transmitting purchase orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor orders on a daily basis and take charge of supplier follow-ups where necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring that our suppliers meet their contractual commitments via logistics specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring compliance with negotiated terms and conditions - Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) - lead time - purchase price when placing orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You will also be responsible for safety stocks to avoid any shortages, and for proactively managing dormant and scrap str(ocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have proven experience as a Purchaser in an industrial or technical environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are autonomous, dynamic, responsive and able to think ahead.
