We are recruiting a&nbsp;<strong>Methods Costing Technician F\/H<\/strong>&nbsp;at our Wittelsheim site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MISSIONS :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the 4-strong Methods and Quotations team, your role will be to work on the technical costing of future projects and to carry out prototyping and testing assignments, in order to ensure the feasibility of customer requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting to the Industrial Manager, you will work as closely as possible with the site's production teams to carry out the following tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluate production costs (materials, machine time, labour, subcontracting, etc.), taking into account the specific technical features of our products and production resources; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update prices in our ERP (Sage X3) in line with technical or economic developments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draw up reliable and competitive quotations in conjunction with the sales and project teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of your duties, you will also be required to :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Study the technical feasibility of complex parts or assemblies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in the production of prototypes or workshop tests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with the production, quality and design teams to validate the proposed solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your tasks will involve regular contact with our prospects, customers and suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PROFILE :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2\/3 years' higher education in industrial engineering, production engineering, methods or equivalent experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in a similar position in an industrial environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aptitude in the field, technical curiosity (machining, assembly, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in ERP (Sage X3 is a plus) and CAD tools (Solidworks appreciated)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are we proposing?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Daytime work, Monday to Friday, 35 hours\/week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A position at the heart of our business, offering a variety of projects and contributing to technical innovation; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A company savings plan ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luncheon vouchers ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A company that cares about its social, societal and environmental impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who are we?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Created in 2006,&nbsp;<strong>ADDEV Materials<\/strong>&nbsp;is an international, heritage-based ETI, with 800 employees at 17 industrial sites in Europe, North America and Asia, and sales of \u20ac225m.
