You will identify market opportunities and collaborate on marketing initiatives, contributing to revenue growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Business Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engage with prospects and existing customers to promote a diverse product range.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct commercial negotiations and manage offers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with Customer Service for effective account management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee sales opportunities using CRM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report insights after customer visits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate on annual sales action plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marketing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build a network of commercial relationships in the region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse market trends and gather competitive intelligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify new product applications and relay sales opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Internal and External Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthen relationships with key suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in marketing activities, such as trade fairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share insights with the Product Marketing team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong business sense with an enterprising spirit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in sales development, preferably in the Healthcare &amp; Wellness sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bilingual in German and English; Dutch is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This remote role involves business travel across Northern and Eastern Europe, up to 5 days a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fixed salary, performance-related bonus and car allowance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A leadership business-oriented role with autonomy and impact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A close-knit, international working environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunity to shape the growth and direction of a profitable, stable company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About ADDEV Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2006, ADDEV Materials is an international mid-sized company, with 800 employees, in 17 industrial plants in Europe, North America and Asia, for an annual sales turnover of 225 million euros.
