{"id":9941,"date":"2026-01-08T15:25:02","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T15:25:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/addevmaterials.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=9941"},"modified":"2026-01-08T15:25:03","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T15:25:03","slug":"dynamics-365-project-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/addevmaterials.com\/en\/recruitment\/dynamics-365-project-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"CRM Project Manager - Dynamics 365 F\/H"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Join\u00a0<strong>ADDEV Materials<\/strong>, a fast-growing international industrial group specialising in the custom transformation of technical materials for the aerospace, mobility, energy and healthcare sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our ambition is to combine industrial performance, innovation and environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are opening a&nbsp;<strong>CRM Project Manager (F\/H) - Dynamics 365 environment<\/strong>&nbsp;at our head office in Lyon 2<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of our IT team and reporting to the Information Systems Director, you will be the key player in optimising our CRM, working on a daily basis with current and future users of the solution (in France and internationally) and the existing technical service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your duties will include :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Realise<\/strong> <strong>parameterisation adaptations<\/strong> from <em>core model<\/em> with a concern for operational efficiency in collaboration with the business lines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manage technical deployment<\/strong> of the solution in conjunction with the infrastructure teams, then the <strong>functional deployment<\/strong> with the World sales and marketing teams;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Improving the user experience<\/strong> and increase the use of Dynamics 365, in particular by drawing up a set of specifications covering the needs common to all companies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supporting the adoption of the solution<\/strong> training users in best practice and documenting business processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Changing marketing practices <\/strong>CRM: data quality and reliability, analysis of conversion rates from lead to closing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As an expert on the solution, you will be responsible for managing the technical service provider currently in place and helping to resolve user tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have a 4\/5-year higher education qualification in IT management, marketing, project management or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You're familiar with Dynamics 365 configuration, in particular the Sales and Marketing\/Customer Insights modules, and you've already carried out a number of similar projects for an ESN or end customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional English is essential to the success of your assignments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your good interpersonal skills and your business curiosity will also be real assets in understanding our specificities and integrating them into your assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are we proposing?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be part of a highly motivated team with real managerial support to help you grow within ADDEV; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A fixed salary and an annual bonus based on the achievement of your objectives; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A company savings plan ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luncheon vouchers ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A teleworking charter for a better work-life balance; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A company that cares about its social, societal and environmental impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who are we?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Created in 2006,&nbsp;<strong>ADDEV Materials<\/strong>&nbsp;is an international, heritage-based ETI, with 800 employees at 23 sites, including 15 industrial sites in Europe, North America and Asia, and sales of \u20ac240m.
