What motivates me is surpassing myself. I've always been able to meet the challenges I faced at each of my jobs. Mastering my new functions, with a high level of personal commitment. My success in the challenges I've faced and my qualities, which are generally recognised by the management, push me to seek positions where I have greater operational responsibilities. I want to take production to the next level with the 5S\/Lean\/FiFO methods and our new on-site robot, among other things. When you involve the employees in the improvement of their factory, the work becomes easier.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
