Converting Operator Team Lead – West Allis

ADDEV Materials Converting is looking for a Converting Operator Team Lead to support our company growth.

Hourly Wage + Monthly bonus

**Signing Bonus** $250 at 90 Days and $250 at 6 months (paid on next payroll). Must be employed in good standing at time of payment to receive.

Addev Materials Converting Inc in West Allis is in search of a working converting operator lead to direct and coordinate our activities on our slitting and sheeting floor. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical resource and ensure our orders are of the highest quality.

The Converting Operator Team Lead will have these Essential Duties and more:

• Operate Equipment, run work orders, and ensure proper set-up and clean up.
• Establish priorities for their team to minimize machine set-up and down time.
• Coordinate maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment to provide uninterrupted service to our customers.
• Fosters a well-trained and motivated team.

The Converting Operator Team Lead will have these Qualifications & Competencies to perform their job successfully:

• 4+ years’ experience in various hands-on converting practices; set-up and training on various type of slitting machines preferred.
• Ability to read engineered drawings & analyze and interpret technical procedures.
• Be able to problem solve and trouble shoot in a timely manner, as well as be adaptable to changes in work environment and the mindset to try new things.
• Ability to lead team members and interact with customer service, sales and even customers if needed.
• Frequently lift/move 25lbs, and occasionally lift/move up to 50lbs

Typical Work Schedule:

Monday thru Thursday 6:00am to 3:30pm w/ 30-minute lunch. Friday 6:00 am to 10am.

$500 bonus available for New Hires…$250 paid after 3 months & $250 paid at 6 months. (Must be an active employee in good standing to be paid bonus.
