Na mijn eindejaarsstage bij ESDES Business School, gaf Addev me het vertrouwen om me te integreren in ADDEV MATERIALS CONVERTING (Milwaukee - Wisconsin) als onderdeel van een V.I.E.-programma van 18 maanden. Dit is op zich al een professionele uitdaging die ik met plezier aanga.<\/p>

Mijn rol binnen het financi\u00eble team bestaat uit het organiseren, uitvoeren en verbeteren van de Noord-Amerikaanse rapportering van ADDEV met een permanente taak van industri\u00eble kostencontrole (aankoop, productie, distributie ...), verbetering en implementatie van procedures.<\/p>

Mijn functies zijn in de loop van dit eerste jaar ge\u00ebvolueerd en andere zullen me in de toekomst worden toevertrouwd. Ondanks aanbiedingen voor een stage aan het einde van mijn studie Business School bij industri\u00eble groepen in Lyon en Gen\u00e8ve, koos ik voor de teams van ADDEV Materials. Het eerste contact tijdens de sollicitatiegesprekken was doorslaggevend en essentieel voor mijn beroepskeuze. Het potentieel van dit bedrijf, dat nu een groep is geworden, kwam overeen met mijn professionele en persoonlijke verwachtingen.<\/p>
