Mijn nieuwe functies onder de knie krijgen, met een hoge mate van persoonlijke inzet. Mijn succes in de uitdagingen die ik ben aangegaan en mijn kwaliteiten, die algemeen worden erkend door het management, stimuleren me om functies te zoeken waar ik meer operationele verantwoordelijkheden heb. Ik wil de productie naar een hoger niveau tillen met onder andere de 5S\/Lean\/FiFO-methoden en onze nieuwe robot op locatie. Als ik een werknemer hoor lachen, een werknemer die blij is om voor ADDEV PROFOM te werken, die van zijn werk houdt; dat is voor mij van het grootste belang. Ik behandel medewerkers zoals ik zelf behandeld wil worden met deze managementstijl.
