CRM (Customer Relationship Management), dat al jaren wordt gebruikt door de verkoopteams in Frankrijk, Polen en Noord-Amerika, werd in 2022 uitgerold naar de Britse en Californische entiteiten.<\/p>

Door hetzelfde systeem voor het beheer van klantenrelaties te implementeren in al onze entiteiten wereldwijd, willen we niet alleen al onze klantgegevens samenbrengen in \u00e9\u00e9n enkel instrument, wat het cre\u00ebren van commerci\u00eble synergie\u00ebn bevordert, maar vooral ook winnende praktijken delen en de ontwikkeling van vaardigheden en commerci\u00eble effici\u00ebntie aanmoedigen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Er is een systeem voor teamtraining en ondersteuning opgezet en per land zijn ook de belangrijkste gebruikers gedefinieerd, waarbij de betrokkenheid van vertegenwoordigers van de landen bij het beheer van de tool een echte garantie voor succes is.<\/span><\/p>

Door het verzamelen van informatie over klantleads en -contacten te vergemakkelijken en door deze gegevens te analyseren, kunnen onze marketing- en verkoopteams ervoor zorgen dat ze een beter inzicht krijgen in klanten en marktvereisten, zodat ze de marketingcampagnes en verkoopbenaderingen kunnen ontwikkelen die ze moeten inzetten om klanten aan te trekken, te behouden en te binden.\u00a0<\/p>

Om nog verder te gaan in het analyseren van gegevens, zijn al onze verkoopteams ook getraind in Power BI. Iedereen kan nu zijn eigen dashboards maken en zijn prestaties effectiever monitoren.
