Onze investeerders analyseren de risico's en kansen die samenhangen met deze niet-financi\u00eble criteria: voor ADDEV Materials, dat kunststoffen en chemicali\u00ebn verwerkt, zal de regelgeving steeds strengere kaders opleggen. Daarom is het beter om op deze ontwikkelingen te anticiperen en duurzame ontwikkeling tot een belangrijk onderdeel van onze transformatiestrategie te maken.<\/p><p>ADDEV Materials is al begonnen te werken aan de impact van zijn producten en diensten, met name met het G-Pack initiatief, dat tot doel heeft de impact van verpakkingen te verminderen, en Product Life Cycle Analyses. Hieruit blijkt dat het bedrijf duurzame ontwikkeling in de hele waardeketen ter hand neemt.<\/p><p>Ondertekenaar van het Global Compact sinds 2012 en al 10 jaar beoordeeld door Ecovadis, heeft ADDEV Materials in de loop der jaren zijn ESG-aanpak gestructureerd en duurzame ontwikkeling ge\u00efntegreerd in zijn bedrijfsmodel en aanbod. We hebben een MVO-beleid opgesteld dat gebaseerd is op 4 fundamentele pijlers: Ondernemerschap, Governance, Groei en Behoud, en we hebben een bestaansreden gedefinieerd: \"Industri\u00eble uitdagingen omzetten in duurzame materiaaloplossingen\". Sinds 2020 zijn we begonnen met onze ecologische en energietransitie en voeren we jaarlijks een Carbon Footprint uit, uitgebreid naar het internationale bereik van onze vestigingen. Onlangs hebben we een klimaatstrategie gedefinieerd met een routekaart voor decarbonisatie en een bijbehorend actieplan.<\/p><p>Het jaar 2023 wordt gekenmerkt door een nieuwe financieringsronde en een verandering van investeerder, en ADDEV Materials weet dat de extra-financi\u00eble prestaties net zo belangrijk zijn. Een bedrijf dat zich inzet voor duurzame ontwikkeling is niet langer alleen een bedrijf waarin investeerders willen investeren; het is een voorwaarde voor elke investering. ADDEV Materials moet zijn bedrijfsmodel opnieuw uitvinden om de toekomst van het bedrijf op lange termijn veilig te stellen en een gezonde investering voor toekomstige aandeelhouders te garanderen.<\/p><p>Investeerders spelen ook een belangrijke rol: ze dagen ons uit en helpen ons om onze ESG-prestaties te vergelijken met die van soortgelijke bedrijven, om ervoor te zorgen dat we ons altijd verbeteren en op het best mogelijke niveau blijven.
