Product description​

3M™ High Performance Green Masking Tape 401+ is a green colored crepe paper masking tape for critical paint masking applications in the automotive, specialty vehicle, and industrial markets where excellent holding and high temperature performance (up to 250°F [121°C]) are required.

Product Features

  • Creates sharp paint lines and resists edge bleed by most industrial paints
  • Removes cleanly. Adhesive and backing resist leaving residue and slivering
  • Conforms around curves and contours. Crepe paper backing is highly conformable
  • Sticks with confidence to most surfaces – including metal, glass, plastic, rubber, and paint. Adhesive is 3M proprietary solvent-free
  • Highly visible green color aids accurate masking
  • Prolonged outdoor exposure may make tape difficult to remove

Storage and Shelf Life

Store under normal conditions of 70°F (21°C) and 50% R.H. in the original carton.
To obtain best performance, use within 12 months from date of manufacture.
