Product description

3M™ 401+ High Performance Green Masking Tape is a green crepe paper masking tape for critical automotive, specialty vehicle and industrial paint masking applications where excellent adhesion and high temperature resistance (up to 250°F [121°C]) are required.

Product features

Creates clean paint lines and resists the edge bleed of most industrial paints.
Removes cleanly. Adhesive and substrate do not leave residues or rags.
Adapts to curves and contours. The crepe paper backing is highly flexible.
Adheres perfectly to most surfaces, including metal, glass, plastic, rubber and paint. The adhesive is solvent-free, a 3M exclusive.
Its highly visible green colour makes it easy to mask precisely.
Prolonged exposure outdoors can make the tape difficult to remove.

Storage and shelf life

Store under normal conditions, at a temperature of 21°C (70°F) and a relative humidity of 50 %, in its original packaging.
For best performance, use within 12 months of date of manufacture.
