3M ISOLOSS LS polyurethane foam is a high-performance polyurethane foam designed to offer excellent durability, low permanent deformation and effective shock and vibration absorption. Thanks to a wide range of densities and thicknesses, it can be adapted to a wide range of industrial requirements: damping, cushioning, sealing or mechanical protection.

Manufactured by Aearo Technologies, a 3M company, this foam is recognised for its ability to maintain mechanical and acoustic performance over time, even in severe conditions.

Technical characteristics of 3M ISOLOSS LS polyurethane foam

  • Density: 10 to 25 lb/ft³.
  • Thickness range: from 0.03" (0.8 mm) to 0.50" (12.7 mm)
  • Low compression set (reduced permanent deformation)
  • Very wide operating temperature range

  • Packaged in rolls of up to 1350 ft²
