Wir helfen ihnen, die manchmal stressigen administrativen Schritte zu bewältigen, wie z. B. die Beschaffung von Arbeitserlaubnissen oder VISAs.
Während der Integrationsphase organisieren wir systematisch einen Besuch im Hauptbüro in Frankreich, damit sie die Teams kennenlernen und eine Bindung aufbauen können, bevor sie ins Ausland gehen.
Die Unterstützung hört hier nicht auf, sondern wird während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit mit regelmäßigen Treffen mit dem Manager und den Personalressourcen fortgesetzt, um den Erfolg der Mission zu gewährleisten.
