Electrical insulation

Composite materials offer excellent dielectric properties which, combined with excellent thermal properties, make them a particularly suitable choice for protecting sensitive devices in high-temperature environments.

This range is made up of rigid materials, in the form of tubes or panels (thickness from 0.1 mm to several centimetres), designed by assembling several layers:

  • insulating resin: phenolic, polyester, epoxy or silicone ;
  • added reinforcements: paper, glass or polyester mat, glass cloth, mica, etc.

This method makes it possible to combine the properties of different electrical insulators to create thick, machinable materials.

Thermal insulation

Thermal composites offer high temperature resistance combined with high compressive strength.

They have a long service life, which offers both economic and technical advantages. We manufacture your parts according to the thermal and mechanical constraints of your processes.

These composite materials are used in the electrical, chemical, nuclear, glass, aluminium and steel industries, as well as in mechanical engineering.
