Annual management meeting
After a three-year health crisis, all ADDEV Materials managers finally got together at the end of August 2022 for a two-day seminar in Lyon, France.
They came from the USA, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland and of course France, to discuss the Group's growth prospects, HR policy, innovation projects and CSR commitments, and to share their solutions for making ADDEV Materials the global company that it is.
It was an excellent opportunity for international colleagues, some for the first time, to meet 'in person'! A number of outside speakers were also invited to talk about the role of a manager and leadership.
"The management meeting was an excellent opportunity to meet many of my international colleagues in person. The speakers were outstanding, and it was great to be able to discover the beautiful city of Lyon," comments Tom YOCKEY, Vice President Operations MI&H North America.
From now on, this experience will become a key annual event for the ADDEV Materials management team, who are due to meet again at the end of summer 2023 for several days of exchange and sharing.
