You've made great progress in the company. What motivates you every day?
What motivates me is surpassing myself. I've always been able to meet the challenges I faced at each of my jobs. To me, this is a new professional experience that I want to master and it's another string to my bow.
What are your new professional challenges?
Mastering my new functions, with a high level of personal commitment. My success in the challenges I've faced and my qualities, which are generally recognised by the management, push me to seek positions where I have greater operational responsibilities. I want to take production to the next level with the 5S/Lean/FiFO methods and our new on-site robot, among other things. When you involve the employees in the improvement of their factory, the work becomes easier.
What gives meaning to your work?
When I hear an employee laughing, an employee who's happy to work for ADDEV PROFOM, loving his work; that is paramount to me. I treat employees the way I want to be treated with this management style. That way I'm able to get the best out of each person and the relationship is healthy for both parties.
What TEAM (Transparency / Enthusiasm / Autonomy / Motivation) value best defines you? And why?
I am open to discussions and I like win/win situations, which means that if you help me achieve our goals, I will help you reach your goals as well.
Do you have a story you would like to share about your career at ADDEV Materials?
Once the Management asked me if I was interested in taking up the position of Quality Manager and I ended up accepting and worked as a Quality Manager for 5 wonderful years.
What's your motto?
"In life, everything happens for a reason.
