ADDEV Materials has been encouraging its employees to use sustainable transport to get to work for several years. The company has taken part in a number of Challeng Mobilité Auvergne Rhône-Alpes events, which have been extended to all internal sites, even abroad. In addition, the company follows current legislation on the reimbursement of 50% for public transport as well as other mobility-sharing subscriptions such as the 'Velo'v' shared bikes in Lyon.
In 2022, the company has decided to go even further and has introduced the Sustainable Mobility Package to encourage even more employees to take the soft mobility step, but also to reward those who are already doing so.
All employees in France who regularly use carpooling, bicycles (with or without assistance) or electric scooters to get to work.
ADDEV Materials offers financial assistance of up to €200 to employees who use the above modes of transport to come to work:
Each employee will have to fill in a sustainable mobility certificate showing his or her sustainable transport journeys over the previous year and send it to the HR department by the date indicated. The financial aid will be paid directly from the salary following the date indicated.
ADDEV Materials is currently investigating similar mechanisms offered by its European neighbours, as well as across the Atlantic, with a view to offering equivalent assistance to all its employees.
