Encapsulation resins, potting resins, two-part epoxy resins cure both at room temperature and under heat, unlike one-part epoxy resins. However, curing under heat increases the cross-linking density: the mixture reaches its final strength level faster and is slightly stronger than by cold curing.
Epoxy resins have high performance and are used for applications where there is a lot of stress.
