3M Dual Lock, double-sided adhesive tapes consist of two support strips made of a thick, flexible material polypropylene film with plastic connectors protruding from one side of the bracket and the other side coated with adhesive, or left uncoated.
The flexible connectors have mushroom-shaped heads, and when two strips of 3M Dual Lock are pressed against each other, their heads switch on instantly to create a secure hold.
3M Dual lock can replace traditional mechanical fasteners in a wide range of applications, including the assembly of rigid materials, and can withstand up to 1,000 opening/closing cycles.
