Two-part polyurethane

Product description

As a potting resin or coating resin, two-component polyurethane resins polymerize at room temperature. Highly prized for their mechanical protection function, some polyurethane resins are non-flame propagating, provide electrical insulation and can be used in difficult environments (marine, petrochemical complexes, refineries, mines).

Technical properties

Fast-setting with a relatively short demolding time.
Having a wide range of shore hardness, from soft to rigid, two-component polyurethane resins have a low shrinkage during polymerization.
The exothermicity of polyurethane resins is lower than that of epoxy resins, which has the advantage of not attacking more or less fragile components.
