Product description

Single-sided polypropylene adhesive tapes are primarily used for packaging applications. They comprise a polypropylene film coated with an adhesive which may be made of natural or synthetic rubber or of acrylic.

Polypropylene adhesive tapes are available in a wide range of widths and lengths. Another feature of polypropylene adhesive tapes is that they can be printed on.

Technical properties

Natural rubber :

  • Good adhesion
  • Resistance to variations in temperature
  • Good retention of properties during storage

Synthetic rubber :

  • Excellent holding power
  • Excellent retention of properties during long-term storage
  • Suitable for use in freezing & flash-freezing applications

Acrylic :

  • Very good adhesion (even to a moist surface)
  • Good retention of properties during storage
  • Very high resistance to UV & chemicals
  • Translucent
